Gaza GivingCartTM is a platform that allows users to make donation orders for items for delivery to or pick-up by beneficiaries in Gaza. All transactions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree to pay the total price, including processing fees and shipping fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Currently, beneficiaries will either be picking up items directly from supplier locations or receiving deliveries. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and availability of products, the safety of the route, and, of course, the ability to talk directly with the beneficiary.
3. Returns and Refunds
Once an item is picked-up or delivered, the donation cannot be refunded. If however, we can’t reach the family designated by a donor, we’ll notify the donor to ask for more information. If we cannot deliver the item, we’ll ask to use your donation for another family in need.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the website for illegal activities
- Upload harmful content, including viruses or malware
- Violate the rights of others
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the website or products donated through the site.
6. Changes to Terms
GazaGivingCartTM reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be indicated.
