Nourish Gaza: Ramadan Food Parcels

This Ramadan, gift nourishing food parcels filled with fresh produce and handmade stuffed toys to Gaza families.

No roof or walls, not even a tent. No warm clothes. Gaza families will observe the holy month amid destroyed homes, living in tents, struggling to stay warm, dry, and keep their children healthy.

To observe the fast, they need nourishing food.

This Ramadan, with your help, we will provide:

• Food parcels containing two weeks' supplies for suhoor, including dates, halawa, fresh vegetables and olive oil
• Stuffed toys made locally by women using socks, under the supervision of our CBO partner, the Women Programs Center

Our goal is to order and deliver 500 parcels just before Ramadan. Food is available locally but prices are high. Each parcel will cost $150 and each stuffed toy* will cost $3. Our goal is to raise $75,000.

We’re in the process of getting bids from vendors. We’ll post the parcel contents as soon as we finalize the purchase.

*The stuffed toys are handmade by local women using socks! The Women Programs Center- Rafah, one of Rebuilding Alliance’s long-time CBO partners, will be paying every seamstress and providing supplies. They are employing women in need.

Past Ramadan Campaigns

Rebuilding Alliance started its Ramadan Food Drive in 2018 with 50 families only. Because of your support, we have been serving more and more families since then in Gaza and the West Bank.

• In 2025, your generosity enabled us to distribute 1,000 Suhoor parcels across Gaza, feeding 6000 people
• In 2024, your generous support—together with the assistance of the World Food Programme—allowed our kitchens in Gaza to deliver an extraordinary 2.4 million Suhoor and Iftar meals in the midst of the war.
• Thanks to our supporters, 1,350 Palestinian families received Ramadan and Easter baskets in 2023. This means that more than 8,100 people had access to two weeks of nutritious food.
