At GazaGivingCart, we are committed to ensuring that the items purchased reach their intended recipients in the best possible condition. Once an item is picked-up or delivered, the donation cannot be refunded. If however, we can’t reach the family designated by a donor, we’ll notify the donor to ask for more information. If we cannot deliver the item, we’ll ask to use your donation for another family in need.
We allow exchanges for unused items like clothing or shoes, provided the recipient requires a different size. This process is only available in urgent situations and if the error was due to a mistake by Gaza GivingCart or the supplier.
Please note that the funds cannot be reversed or refunded once a donation is processed. Exchanges or returns on a case-by-case basis must be coordinated through our customer support team who will work with our trusted local suppliers.
